After 15 years of experience as a first responder, Will committed his life's purpose to ensuring his community is safe. Having spent over a decade depending on fire suppression equipment in the field, he saw firsthand the consequences of systems that were improperly serviced, under-maintained, or inspected by technicians who had never faced a real emergency. He built HEROES to change that standard — permanently. Under his leadership, every technician is a veteran or first responder, every system is serviced without shortcuts, and every client receives the same level of protection he demanded for himself and his crew in the field.
